Twycross Zoo’s Christmas Spectacular has restricted tickets available and is only bookable online by choosing a timeslot. The timeslot you select is for your meal time and not the time you can enter the zoo. Breakfast Bookings can enter the zoo straight after their meal. Lunch Bookings can enter the zoo from 10:15am and Afternoon Tea Bookings can enter the zoo from 10:45am. Tickets are valid for the date and time booked only. Our new Christmas Spectacular event has been specifically designed to give you the ultimate festive experience whilst following government guidelines. Please adhere to all covid-19 safety rules when visiting Twycross Zoo. In light of the current situation around Covid-19, Twycross Zoo reserves the right to remove or change any activities relating to Twycross Zoo’s Christmas Spectacular to ensure we are following ever-changing government guidelines. Twycross Zoo reserve the right to cancel the Christmas Spectacular Event with less than 24 hours’ notice to ensure we are following the most up to date government guidelines. In the event of cancellations, Twycross Zoo will aim to change the date of your visit if capacity permits. Tickets to Twycross Zoo’s Christmas Spectacular are non-transferable and non-refundable.

1. You have tested positive for Covid-19 or are awaiting test results
2. You are experiencing symptoms of Covid-19 including but not limited to a high temperature, continuous cough and/or loss of taste and smell
3. A member of your household has tested positive for Covid-19 or is displaying symptoms
