Foot-tapping Ska, Fused with Folk, Jazz and Rock – performed by ‘The Social Ignition’

Regulars on the Hinckley live scene, this seven piece Ska-fusion, band from The Midlands, will perform their brand of catchy foot-tapping Ska, fused with folk, jazz and rock! Their power house brass lines, bass grooves and awesome beats are guaranteed to get you skanking.

The band members have many years of experience between them and the history to prove it, making the style of music performance substantial and exciting. With a melting pot of musical influences, from Folk to Funk, Jazz, Hip Hop, Rock and Punk but always with a main focus on Reggae and Ska, they will perform both covers that you know and love, and they will also play they own originals!

With a little bit of something for everyone and all ages, from skank-tastic brass, to funkadelic guitar licks, they really are a musical treat not to be missed at this year’s Twycross Zoo – Summer Sundown evening.

Betcha can’t keep your feet still!!”
