Wildlife Ranger Academy
Would you love to discover how conservationists protect wildlife?
We are calling for families to take part in our FREE conservation project at our Wetland Nature Reserve based here at the zoo!
We’re collaborating with our conservation partners Borneo Nature Foundation to connect families to their native wildlife. Families and communities will learn conservation skills appropriate to their local area and consider their role within a global system of biodiversity. Here in the UK, families are invited to spend time with our Education Rangers and local wildlife experts to discover and conserve the native species that live in our Wetland Nature Reserve (based at Twycross Zoo).
At each of our 7 conservation events you will get the chance to learn wildlife conservation skills and help us to understand the animals that live in our Wetland Nature Reserve such as birds, bees, bats, butterflies and lots more!
