Gift Shop FAQs
In line with government guidance around Covid-19, we’ve made some changes to our Gift Shops at Twycross Zoo.
Question: How long will my order take to reach me?
Answer: All products are sent out Royal Mail 2nd Class, it therefore takes around 2-3 working days to UK addresses. We do ship worldwide, so deliveries to other countries can take longer. Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays.
Question: How much does shipping cost?
Answer: Delivery costs £3.99 for worldwide delivery.
Question: What should I do if my order has not arrived?
Answer: If after the estimated time of arrival has passed, please email us at email@example.com with your confirmation number and we can look into this for you.
Question: What is your refund and return policy?
Answer: we offer a 28 day refund and returns policy. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know of any issues with the product you have received.
Question: Are all products from the zoo gift shops available online?
Answer: The online shop has a carefully selected range of gifts from our gift shops, so not everything found in our stores is available online. However if you saw something at our shops and wish to purchase it, please email us at email@example.com.
Question: Does the money I spend at the online shop help the zoo?
Answer: YES! All the money raised from the online shop goes straight back into the zoo, and helps contribute to looking after our own animals, as well as protecting some of the most endangered animals across the world!
