James has worked in the catering industry for the past 10 years, gaining experience through a wealth of sectors from 5* hotels to education, his passion for his food has shone through since his early childhood. James joined Twycross Zoo 10months ago and since has bought his unique style using flavours and techniques from various world cuisines to enhance our food offering. We’re delighted to invite you to join us at our first ever Seasonal Taste Showcase this November.
