Twycross Zoo is searching for FIVE youngsters, passionate about our planet and saving endangered species, to become the zoo’s FIRST EVER “Young Conservationists in Chief”!

What does a Twycross Zoo Young Conservationist in Chief entail?

Our five new recruits will enjoy a once-in-a-lifetime experience at the Zoo, which we hope will amaze, surprise, and inspire them to continue spreading the word and protecting our planet!

🎟All five recruits, and their families*, will be specially invited on the same day to Twycross Zoo to experience amazing 🎟

👕All five recruits will receive a FREE Twycross Zoo hoody to wear during their day at Twycross Zoo!👕

🐒All five recruits, and their families*, will enjoy a bespoke tour of Twycross Zoo, a chance to find out more about the four great apes, keeper meet and greets and up-close animal encounters🐒

🐯All five recruits, and their families*, will take part in a unique animal enrichment making session led by our award-winning Discovery and Learning Team, with the chance to see the animals interact with the creations!🐯

🗣All five recuits, and their families*, will take part in a interactive discussion with our Discovery and Learning Team Leader about the global extinction crisis and pull together solutions of ways that we can all help save the planet and spread the word.🗣

🍕All five recruits, and their families*, will enjoy lunch at The View Restaurant**🍕

😄At the end of the day, all five recruits will be awarded with a “Young Conservationist in Chief” certificate and special, surprise gift😄

Twycross Zoo’s ‘Young Conservationists in Chief’ competition is offering five 5-12 year olds the opportunity of a bespoke day out at Twycross Zoo. To enter the competition, entrants must complete all questions on the contact form above by 11.59pm on Friday 27^th August 2021. Entries after this date will not be considered. After the closing date each winner will be contacted by Twycross Zoo, if you have not heard back from Twycross Zoo by 3rd September 2021 your entry has not been successful.  By entering the competition, you warrant that you are aged 18 or over, or if you are under 18 years old, that your parent/guardian has consented to your entry. Twycross Zoo accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the prize and not specifically included in the prize (including, without limitation, travel to and from Twycross Zoo). The competition and prize is subject to change. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
