These tickets are available for up to six people per household, all living at the same address. Children 2 years & under go free and don’t need a ticket, but they must be accompanied by an adult with a valid booking.

Proof could be a letter, benefit statement, UC app screenshot, or bank statement showing payment - we take a friendly, common-sense approach
To make sure these tickets are used fairly, we allow one booking per household per day, up to a maximum of six tickets. Bookings are linked to your email and postcode.
