No. Only the child(ren) covered by a Zoo Plus ticket are eligible for free slots. Additional children may attend at the standard soft play entry price.

Yes. An adult must remain in the soft play area at all times. Staff supervision is support only and does not replace parental supervision.

Yes. To ensure fairness for all ticket holders, free slots may be limited to one session per child per day.

Late arrivals may lose part of their session. Times cannot be extended or rescheduled on the day.

The child will be able to enter until they are too old/tall, but not after. No refunds or partial refunds will be given.

If you forget your cup you can obtain your discounted hot drink with any reusable cup. If you don’t have a reusable cup then the hot drink will be charged at full price.
