Yes. An adult must remain in the soft play area at all times. Staff supervision is support only and does not replace parental supervision.

Yes, but cancellations should be made as early as possible so the slot can be released to other ticket holders. Rebooking is subject to availability.

The child will be able to enter until they are too old/tall, but not after. No refunds or partial refunds will be given.

If you forget your cup you can obtain your discounted hot drink with any reusable cup. If you don’t have a reusable cup then the hot drink will be charged at full price.
