Got an Annual Ticket and looking to book your free return visit?
We've recently upgraded to a NEW ticket system to enhance how our guests can use their tickets and passes, meaning less time booking and more time exploring our zoo!
I haven't set up an account on your new system yet and I'd like to book a return visit...
Still need to finish setting up your account on our new ticket system? Simply click the button below where you'll be prompted to enter your email address (the one you've used you buy your ticket) - you will then be sent a new password to set up your account. Once complete you'll be able to activate your Annual Pass by uploading a photo into the new system under 'My Passes'. This saves time when you arrive at our zoo, giving you more time to discover our spectacular species!
