If you have an Annual Ticket but haven't got round to activating it yet, you'll need to do so in order to access our exclusive pre-sale. Simply click the button below where you'll be prompted to log into your account.

Once logged in you'll be able to activate your Annual Pass by uploading a photo into the new system under 'My Passes'. This will need to be done for all members in your party who have a pass.

Don't worry if some members of your group don't have an Annual Ticket such as infants as you'll be able to add additional standard tickets in your account.

SET UP ACCOUNT & ACTIVATE ANNUAL TICKET

If you have an Annual Ticket that is activated, you will be able to book tickets for Christmas at The Gruffalo Discovery Land quickly and easily when logging into your account.

Simply click the button below or go to the login page to log in to your account. Once logged in you'll see a button to add Christmas event tickets for each of your passholders within your Passes. You will then also be given to add additional combi-tickets to your booking for any family members who do not have a pass, as well as additional tickets for infants who cannot currently have an Annual Pass.

Your ticket into Christmas at The Gruffalo Discovery Land includes access to the festive trail including brand new ranger training, access to the animal habitats within the Gruffalo Discovery Land, including Butterfly Paradise, Goat walkthrough, Snake and Owl’s treetop house (the finch aviary may be closed during this event) the spectacular Santa show, a magical moment with Santa, a Gruffalo toy worth £14 for every child, a meet and greet with the Gruffalo and The Gruffalo’s Child plus then access to craft activities, marshmallow toasting plus seasonal food and drinks.

What is a combi-ticket?
A combi-ticket includes both access to Twycross Zoo (including free annual ticket) and the Christmas at The Gruffalo Discovery Land Event.

Can I access The Gruffalo Discovery Land with a Normal Zoo Entry Ticket?
No. Christmas at The Gruffalo Discovery Land is a separate ticketed event.

When is The Gruffalo Discovery Land closed for the Christmas at The Gruffalo Discovery Land Event?
The Gruffalo Discovery Land will be closed to the public from the 11^th November – 25^th December for our Christmas at The Gruffalo Discovery Land event, re-opening 26^th December.

As an annual ticket holder, do I need to purchase a ticket for Christmas at The Gruffalo Discovery Land?

Yes, you will need to purchase tickets for each guest that wishes to enter Christmas at The Gruffalo Discovery Land event alongside booking a time slot with your annual ticket for zoo entry. This includes those aged under 3 and all accompanying adults.

As a Twycross Zoo member, do I need to purchase a ticket for Christmas at The Gruffalo Christmas Land?

Yes, you will need to purchase entry to Christmas at The Gruffalo Discovery Land for every guest that wishes to enter. This includes those aged under 3 and all accompanying adults.

Can my child use their Blue Peter badge to enter Christmas at The Gruffalo Discovery Land?
No. A ticket must be purchased to enter Christmas at The Gruffalo Discovery Land.

I’m a member of a reciprocal zoo, can I enter Christmas at The Gruffalo Discovery Land?
No. A ticket must be purchased to enter Christmas at The Gruffalo Discovery Land.

Will members get any priority booking time or early entries?
VIP’s and annual ticket holders will have a 7-day exclusive booking period before tickets go on general sale.

If I buy a combi ticket, will I still have the annual ticket?
Yes. You will still be able to activate your annual ticket if you purchase a combi ticket.

What if I enter as a carer?
Yes, Carers can come in for free alongside a purchased ticket. Carers must provide proof of eligibility, as with standard admissions.

Can I change my time slot for entry and Santa show?
Unfortunately not, you will need to go ahead with your booked time slot. If you experience any exceptional circumstances which result in you missing your time slot, please speak to our team at Guest Services, located on the plaza.

What happens if I am unable to make my visit – can I reschedule?
We are unable to offer any reschedules or amendments to your confirmed time slot.

Are all areas of Christmas at Gruffalo Discovery Land accessible?
Yes, all areas of the Gruffalo Discovery Land are part of the Christmas at The Gruffalo Discovery Land event. A ticket is required to for every guest that wishes to enter.

Can my assistance dog join me in Christmas at Gruffalo Discovery Land?
Assistance dogs are allowed into the zoo but are unable to go into several areas as our animals may become distressed by the sight of a dog and also your dog may be upset by our animals.

How long will we have to enjoy Christmas at Gruffalo Discovery Land?
You will have an hour to wander around the festive trail, then make your way to The Gruffalo Glade for your scheduled Santa show time. Once you have had your iconic family Christmas photo with Santa you can indulge in festive food and treats alongside meeting the Gruffalo and The Gruffalo’s Child and get creative in our Christmas crafts workshop.
