Christmas Gift Redemption

To redeem your Annual Ticket Gift Card, you will need your Gift Card Number and Pin Code. (If you cannot find your Pin Code, please ask the purchaser of the Gift Card as they may have received this in a separate email).

Click here and select the visit another day tab where you will be able to select the number of tickets you have been gifted. You will then need to create a profile for each annual ticket holder and book your first visit to Twycross Zoo. Follow the process through to the payment screen where you can choose to pay by Gift Card.*

Please note that this process is always easier on a PC/Laptop rather than a phone/iPad and, once booked, your annual ticket is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Once you have booked your annual tickets you will be sent a confirmation which will include your digital annual ticket and other important information. Please ensure you read all the information on the downloadable confirmation.

*Please note your 12-month annual ticket starts from the date of redeeming the gift card.

To redeem your Membership Gift Card, you will need your Gift Card Number and Pin Code. (If you cannot find your Pin Code, please ask the purchaser of the Gift Card as they may have received this in a separate email).

Click here and select the Become A Member tab where you will be able to select the number of memberships you have been gifted. You will then need to create a profile for each annual member. Follow the process through to the payment screen where you can choose to pay by Gift Card.*

Please note that this process is always easier on a PC/Laptop rather than a phone/iPad and, once booked, your encounter is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Once you have booked your annual tickets you will be sent a confirmation which will include your membership collection barcode and other important info. Please ensure you read all the information on the downloadable confirmation.

To redeem your Animal Encounter Gift Card, you will need your Gift Card Number and Pin Code. (If you cannot find your Pin Code, please ask the purchaser of the Gift Card as they may have received this in a separate email).

Click here and if you have an Animal Experience Gift Card, then please select the Animal Experience Tab and if you have a Keeper for the Day Gift Card then please select the Keeper for the Day tab. Within the tab please select the encounter for which your gift card is for, pick your date from those available* and follow the process through to the payment screen where you can choose to pay by Gift Card.

Once you have booked your chosen encounter you will be sent a confirmation which will include lots of details including arrival times and other important info.

*Animal Encounters are always subject to availability and may be taken off sale at any time.

To redeem your Gift Card, you will need your Gift Card Number and Pin Code. Gift Cards Can Be Used Onsite and Online on selected items, listed in the terms and conditions on your voucher.

You are then able to select any of the eligible products from the store and add them to your basket. Follow the process through to the payment screen where you can choose to pay by Gift Card.
