I have an annual ticket that I haven’t been able to activate, how do I activate it?

If you are still unable to activate your passes, please contact the team by clicking here, and provide us with your order number along with the full name, date of birth, postal address and email address of each person on your booking to enable us to activate and allocate each pass for you.
