I have an activated Annual Pass or Membership, how do I book return visits?
Great news! Your Twycross Zoo account has been successfully migrated to our new booking system. To set up your account you'll need to follow the link below where you'll be asked to enter your email address.
Once successfully entered you'll be sent a password reset email which will allow you to finish the setup of your new account.
Once in the account you’ll need to upload your photo into the new system, please click ‘My passes’ and take your new photo. This means that next time you visit you’ll only need to scan one pass to enter the zoo and it’ll be quicker for you!
