*Terms & Conditions
Child Memberships (2-16 years) can only be purchased in conjunction with an adult Membership. Concession Memberships include senior citizens and NUS cardholders. Twycross Zoo is closed on Christmas Day. Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Fast Track Entry
Fast track entry is available during peak times which will be advised on the day by Guest Services.
Soft play
FREE access to soft play is available on week days during term times from 3.30pm-5pm. Adult Members are entitled to Membership discount on our soft play for up to three accompanying (non-member) children during any one visit, excluding term time week days.
Partner zoos
FREE entry to Chester Zoo, Bristol Zoo Gardens, Marwell Zoo, Newquay Zoo, Paignton Zoo and Living Coasts in Paignton is available once per Membership year. FREE entry to Blackpool Zoo is available from 1st September 2018 – 28th February 2019. To access partner zoos please present your membership card upon entrance to the zoo. Cards must be shown for each visitor.
