Due to continued snowy conditions from Storm Goretti, the zoo will remain closed for the rest of today, including tonight’s Lanterns of the Wild event.

Lanterns Ticket Holders: We're sorry we won't see you tonight, but look forward to welcoming you on another evening. You can reschedule to another date at no extra cost. Please check your emails over the next couple of hours for full instructions of how to do this.

Annual Ticket holders: Reschedule daytime visits by logging into our website and booking a repeat visit.

Tomorrow (10 January): We currently plan to open the zoo as normal at 11 AM, but will post updates if the forecast changes. Please travel only if it is safe to do so from your home. If not, then we will happily reschedule your visit.
