You can purchase an Annual Ticket online via our website. You will need to create a profile in the portal and upload a photograph relating to each Annual Ticket holder. This can be done by following the process within the portal. All users will need to upload a photo prior to their visit.

After completing your booking online you will be sent your e-tickets. Please keep this email safe as this is your proof of purchase. Tickets can also be saved into your chosen digital wallet. You will be required to show this confirmation when visiting Twycross Zoo along with your Annual Ticket photo. Twycross Zoo reserves the right to refuse entry without presentation of Annual Tickets and identification.

You must pre-book your return visits at least a day in advance via the Visitor Portal. Read our booking guide or watch our video to learn how.

Yes, you will need to pre-book all visits online. Please login to your account to book your preferred date and time of visit. Please note, you will need to book one ticket for each Annual Ticket holder.

When you are pre-booking your visit via the portal, you will be asked to pick a day of visit and a time slot. On the day of your visit, you should not attempt to check in before your chosen time as during peak periods we may not be able to accommodate you.

If you do arrive early, our Himalaya Visitor Centre and retail outlet will be open.

Your Annual Ticket details will be included within your booking confirmation email and stored within your online account. Please keep the email including your original e-ticket safe as you will be asked to show this when visiting Twycross Zoo as proof that you are an Annual Ticket holder. If you forget your account details, you will be able to reset your password via the portal and if you delete your digital pass, we will be able to recover this on-site upon proof of identification.

Only the original purchaser of each Annual Ticket and those associated with the account can use the tickets. Upon arrival at the zoo you will be required to present both your Annual Ticket and your digital photograph.

No, that is not possible, Gift Aid is only applicable on tickets purchased at Twycross Zoo or via our official website.

Yes, the value of the gift card can be used against annual tickets, annual memberships, soft play, mobility hire and animal experiences.

No, Gift Aid can only be claimed against our online or walk up ticket prices.

Yes, you can upgrade your Annual Ticket at any time to an Annual Membership. Please contact information@twycrosszoo.org and a member of the team will be able to assist.

An Annual Membership features all of the same benefits as an Annual Ticket without the need to book a visit in advance PLUS: fast track entry (during peak periods); access to 10 partner zoos (individual terms and conditions apply); exclusive discounts in our retail and food and beverage outlets; discount on our Soft Play area; Conservation Talks and special events throughout the year*

As an Annual Member, you will not need to book your visit in advance although you can do via the portal if you wish to do so. You can visit whenever you want, just remember to bring your membership card on the day of your visit.

At the moment, you will still need to present your physical membership card to the admissions team on the day of your visit.

Yes, but you need to pre-book your time slot in the visitor portal. Any further visits must be pre-booked for date and time on the visitor portal.

No, this 10% discounted ticket is for annual ticket holders pre-booking their visit for future visits, please book your date and time on the visitor portal.

The Blue Peter badge holder can still have free admission in 2023 alongside your Annual Ticket. You must book your visits as an Annual Ticket holder.

You will be purchasing an Annual Ticket and you need to pre-book your day visit ticket(s) for each time you want to visit. This must be pre-booked at least the day before.

Tickets are available for any date however are subject availability, Annual Ticket holders must pre-book. Annual Tickets are solely for entrance to Twycross Zoo and do not include admission to partner zoos and may not include access to particular special events, corporate events or educational events.

This is our new pricing structure, therefore there is currently no end date. Twycross Zoo does, however, reserve the right to withdraw the future sales of Annual Tickets, or any of its other products and services, at any time.
