1. Toddler Story Time
We are bringing books to life for toddlers this March to coincide with World Book Day! Every weekday from 10.30am, for the duration of our adult and toddler offer this March 2020, part of our Gift Shop will be transformed into a book corner where your little one can enjoy story time hosted by a member of our Discovery & Learning Team. Not only that, the 30 minute story time is made even more interactive with puppets and soft toys too!
2. Explorer Zone
Home to a family favourite, the goat walkthrough, your little one can pet our cheeky goats as you walk through their farm-like habitat.
3. Soft Play
Located in our Himalaya centre, take a break from exploring the zoo and let your toddlers run wild in our indoor soft play jungle – prices start from just £2. Remember to grab a coffee or hot chocolate from Costa, and see if you can spot a snow leopard in their wild-like habitat.
4. Feed the lorikeets
A great ‘first time’ experience, for only £1 your little ones can hand feed these beautiful parrots – a great opportunity for a family photo.
5. Butterfly Forest
Experience a tropical indoor forest filled with butterflies of every size and colour. Speak to our Discovery & Learning Ranger who can fill you in on facts about these creatures. Watch out for our resident Victoria crowned pigeon family as they wander amongst the trees too.
