Can I visit as many times as I want? Are there restrictions to my Annual Pass?

Yes, you can visit as often as you like with an Annual Pass, as long as you have a valid reservation. There may be select dates that Annual Pass holders do not have access to reserve, for example if the zoo is closed for a training day.

No, the features and benefits of your Annual Pass do not change. The only difference for existing Annual Pass holders is that we are now charging for parking at Twycross Zoo. You will receive free parking until 5 April 2025, which will need to be booked in advance online
